I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and showed exceptional customer service. One staff member, Mr. Kashem, the Concierge, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Despite my flight being in the middle of the night, he managed to arrange a room for me to take a shower and freshen up before my journey home. The room itself was spacious and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat in the bustling Glushan 2 area. It was also equipped with two air conditioners and a fully functional kitchen, which was a great convenience. The hotel's security service was top-notch, ensuring a safe and secure environment. Additionally, the breakfast served was of great quality with a variety of Western-style options.

the elevator was a bit small, making it difficult for us to move our luggage from one floor to another.
